Mmmkay, in my preparation for the arrival of all the parts for my new super computer (not really super, just building a new PC), and with Nightfall a few days away, I have begun 'theme-ing' my study room =o) These are promo posters from work. The second pic is of a poster we recieved at work just today, so I haven't put it up just yet. I will probably also line up my 3x CE's all together when I get the Nightfall one as well... Sorry for the shoddy photography =oP
 
Maybe a little silly, but hey, it was the artwork that got me into GW in the first place...  |

I wonder how any1 can top that, hmmm, i might see if i can get some artwork tatooed all over my back or something, perhaps i could respray my car ............... i just dunno any more

Damn you, Jai you lucky bastard. How come I don't get nice things like that? *Sigh* I guess I should be grateful for the wonderful things I do have *Wink, Wink, Nudge Nudge* 
The artwork is fab in Guild Wars. Each chapter has such gorgeous scenery that I want to just wander around and take in the view and not play!  These guys are so talented. I have to say the only fantasy artwork I like better than GW is the stuff that WETA did in LOTR.

I didn`t think you guys were playin again properly till nightfall came out?
I've been keeping myself busy playing Eve Online, got a trail account for a couple of weeks, so Winnie has been flying around blowing shit up, he's very multi skilled is Lord Winchester

Busted! Yep, I'm a notorious big kid... I couldn't fit the posters in without giving you all a sneak peak into the world of Jai... I got Transformers, LEGO, car models, resin figures, Scalextric, G.I. Joe's etc etc... I was like this before having a son, so needless to say, now that I do have a son, there's little to no motivation to grow up now... =oP
And Afton, that isn't pathetic at all, I too remember when they first come out. That makes us legends, to be present at the conception of a legacy instead of coming across it 20 years later thinking it's the latest thing... I feel bad for all those little kids today, they missed out on the beginning/early days of video games, action figures, Hot Wheels/Matchbox and all that cool stuff... Instead they get Yu-Gi-Oh & Pokemon... A spikey-haired wanker who plays with pieces of cardboard & a zillion badly-named badly-designed, erm... things... Sorry if I offended any fans of the latter two out there, but when you look at intergalactic transforming robots in a never ending battle of conflict across the universe next to a dude who collects and plays cards, I don't really see the appeal... But I'm sure my folks never saw how you could enjoy Transformers cartoons when there are plenty of good books to read... Anyhoo, gettin' waaaaaaaay off-topic now... |

Oh yeah, forgot to mention... My new computer is all assembled and up and running! And fook me! GW runs soooooooooooooooooooo smooooooooooooooooooooth... If I get lag from now on it's everyone else's fault... period...  |
