We all need money Cool. So maybe lets make this a place to share your farming locations and builds for different classes, so that every1 can find something that suits him. I'll begin.

My favourite farming spot is the Pongmei Valley run (on the way from Maatu Kepp to Tanglewood). I'm farming it with a standard ranger Barrage/Live vicarously/vigorous spirit build, but anything able to survive the melee attacks of mobs there (Stone scale kirin & undergrowths) while doing dmg in the same time can farm there(eg.hundred blades/stance tank). The run is ridicoulously easy and fast. The income is 1.5-2.5k from loot + gold drops (average 1 for 5 runs).

Sooo share & discuss^^

I hear Norfolk is good for farming... Wink Seriously though, I suck at farming cos i'm a lowly elementalist, so if someone wants to come with me to farm that would be great.

Oh, I do know that you can farm the vermin outside Senji's Corner as a Warrior/Ele - ask Jamie for the build. Smile

Once upon a time, in a far away place, a lonely necromancer came up with a way to earn some cash without the trouble of looking for teams or sharing the loot
This was called Thirstyfarming, and took place in the scar just outside thirsty river. The necromancer had to rely on his high curse and bloodmagic skills to survive(15 curse 15 blood) for he had chosen ranger as his second profession, which sucked arse Sad
The idea was to use enfeeble, spiteful spirit and insidious parasite on the many war, ranger foes while, if needed, using bloodmagic to sustain his life.
the necro faced some problems however: first the behemoths he liked to farm used healing spring to pospone their inevitabel death, but a few shots from his staf could solved that problem.
the second more important problem where the many jade scarabs guarding his favorite prey (behemoths and rockeater scarabs), these necro bugs used spikes to deal damage and couldnt be harmed by enfeeble for their attacks were alrdy pathetically weak. To survive their attacks he could never fight more than two at the time, and only in good condition and he had to rely on spells such as vampiric gazen life siphon and unholy feast to survive, and of course insidous parasite which turned al those weak attacks into health (SS to deal damage)
with this build he could even farm the griffons at the end of his run, as long as he succeeded in luring only two or less griffs at the same time

Looking back on it this build was pretty lousy, like 6k in an hour
but hey, atleast i posted something here Razz

Some bosses can easily be farmed (ie. the ones with no self heal). ive used 55 monk and my warrior to farm most of the bosses i can. However, there are some bosses that either come with some monks for healing, have great self healing, or a very high damage output. Some of these greens can be sold for a lot

eg Ghial's Staff, can be solo'd with W/Mo

Well, I'll add this place even though that everyone knows about it since you've all come along, but the farming in the Eternal Grove and Mourning Veil Falls is good - lots of bosses and chests. Just try and take as few henchies as possible to maximise your drops. This is also a good place to farm for materials

Also, Pongmei Valley is good for soloing. Jamie has a good W/Mo build for soloing it so go and hassle him for it Twisted Evil

K Monty, there is a build to farm most of the enemies in Pongmei Valley as a W/Mo.

The skills are as follows:

Triple chop, Cyclone Axe, Shield Stance, Bonetti's Defense, Live Vicariously, Vigorous Spirit, Dolyak Signet, Sprint

Just be careful of the rot wallows, you can only take on 2-3 at one time.
